OUR APPROACH

At Excel Career Services, our goal is to match job-seekers to career opportunities tailored to their specific skillset and interests. We do this by reviewing multiple career paths and exploring options within the pharmaceutical industry, identifying the skills and qualifications required to be successful in a particular role, and creating an individualized plan for each client. We also offer courses in Clinical Operations and Clinical Development, in addition to general resume and interview preparation support.

If you are an employer, Excel Career Services will work with candidates you have hired and train them on clinical scientist and medical monitoring job responsibilities along with data cleaning and review process. We also offer oncology indication specific  training along with other clinical development services such as authoring study data review plans, medical monitoring plans and SOPs.
